The goal description:

"To build and equip the Full-time Education Centre and to be able to keep social programs for Roma children in Gloden, in the county of Mures" financing the application by the local tender RO10  "Children and Youth at Risk and Local and Regional Initiatives to Reduce National Inequalities and to Promote Social Inclusion" - (CORAI) supports the achievement of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

Given the need to resume the tendering procedure for awarding the work execution, the planning period was offset for about 4 months, but informal education and social activities with the 138 beneficiaries began in August of this year in the halls of the Secondary School "Adorjani Karoly" in Glodeni untill completing the construction of the Day Center .

Individual employment contracts were signed with members of the implementation team, namely: a psychologist, a kindergartenteacher, two teachers from the primary school and three teachers from the secondaryschool, who identify and analyze the psycho ­behavioral problems of children, assess the needs, limitations and opportunity of children, provide help in doing homework for the other day, guides children on the importance of school attendance to prevent the school dropouts.

The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of life of Roma in Glodeni, reducing illiteracy among Roma population, raising awareness of the need to be educated and removal from isolation and ensure equal support.
